However, it's important to note that placing an order implies your agreement with the following terms:

Cancellation and Modification: Once an order is placed, it cannot be canceled or modified. Please take note of the following:

  • Personalized Orders: These orders are processed immediately upon completion, making adjustments challenging. Carefully review all details before finalizing your order.
  • Holiday Season Modifications: During the holiday season, modification requests may result in slightly longer delivery times, but we strive to process changes promptly.

Replacement or Refund: We take responsibility for the following situations within 30 days from the arrival of your order:

  • If the product(s) are damaged, crashed, or faulty.
  • If the product(s) received do not match your order.

In such cases, you have the option to either REPLACE the item or receive a REFUND. Initiate the process by contacting us at support@garabse.com with a picture of the product.

Our Philosophy: We believe in making customers happy, not in making them return products. Our focus is on providing REPLACEMENT or REFUND to effectively resolve your issue. Therefore, we do not have return policies in place, and you are welcome to keep the original items at your discretion.

Replacement with a Small Fee: In certain situations, a replacement can be sent with a nominal fee compared to the original price. These situations include:

  • Receiving the wrong item, design, or size due to incorrectly customized input.
  • A shipping address that was returned and destroyed due to incorrect address input.
