Typically, a 'Payment Pending' status indicates an unsuccessful payment.

What if your payment fails?

Unable to retry payment or didn't receive a payment failure email?

To avoid duplication, refrain from reordering. Instead, contact our Customer Service Team at support@garabase.com with the subject line "Payment Pending," and we'll promptly send you a link for another payment attempt!

Paid, but your order status hasn't updated after 24 hours?

For payment verification and a new order confirmation email, contact our Customer Service Team at support@garabase.com with the subject line "Order Status Inquiry."

Can you make changes to or cancel your order post-purchase?

Regrettably, once an order is placed successfully, we can't accommodate further changes. Please thoroughly review your shopping cart and shipping information before checkout. Note that GARABASE cannot assume responsibility for parcels delivered to incorrect addresses.

Wondering how to track your order?

Hold tight! Your order has been carefully packed and dispatched from GARABASE's warehouse. Soon, you'll receive an email update with a Tracking Number. Please allow approximately 72 hours for the tracking information to become active.

Curious about delivery options and estimated shipping times?

U.S. and Canada: 8 – 25 working days Europe and U.K: 15 – 30 working days

  • Delivery times may extend during sale periods, holidays, and unexpected events.
  • Deliveries are processed on weekdays, excluding public holidays.

Do we process orders on Public Holidays?

While we strive for prompt order fulfillment, please note that on public holidays, our warehouse and courier partner are closed. Orders will be processed and shipped on the next working day.
